3. Our Products

3.1. Description and Photography

The products we sell are either photographed or digitally produced and are accurately displayed on the website, however, due to different types, styles and settings of computer monitors shading and colour may appear differently to the exact colour. Due to this we strongly advise that you request a free sample before placing your order to ensure that you are happy with the colour and also quality before ordering. Whilst every attempt will be made by Perfekt Blinds to ensure that the goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or sent to you, any minor or immaterial variation, change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

3.2. Measurements

Using the Measuring Guide, it is your responsibility to provide us with exact measurements, suitable for your requirements. We cannot accept the return of the Goods if the measurements you have provided to us are incorrect.

3.3. Tolerance

Please note that fabric is cut by highly skilled professionals who will be as accurate as possible within a variance of +/- 3cm. We will not replace the order if the sizes are within this tolerance limit and you will not be entitled to reject the goods.

3.4. Fabric

Most fabrics are dyed and therefore each batch can vary slightly in shade. Due to colour variations between product batches we cannot guarantee shade matching for previous orders, in addition the sample despatched to you may also be slightly different in shade to the eventual order received.

5.1. Price

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Any price displayed on this website shall be subject to change at any time.

All prices are shown in UK ?s sterling and include value added tax (where applicable) at the applicable current rate.

5.3. Price accuracy

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled.

Your entitlement to any goods shall pass to you on delivery of the goods provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the goods

You can pay on-line with all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Your payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.

6.1. Delivery areas

Delivery of goods can only be made to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. we can also deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses and the Republic of Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery to these locations shall always be made as part of a non standard delivery service.

6.2. Authentification

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.

6.3. Delivery time

We specify an estimated delivery time on the landing page of each product, please note that if we specify 7 days it means 7 working days from the moment payment reached our bank account (usually within 24 hours).

6.4. Exemption from standard delivery time

The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year, e.g. bank holidays and the Christmas period.

7. Cancellation rights and return

7.1. No return policy

Where the goods are "made to measure" you shall have no right to amend or cancel your order, return the goods or seek any refund of the price paid by you from us. This is because when we receive your order, the manufacturing process begins immediately and the goods are manufactured to your exact specification, pursuant to The Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
